Frax Swap was okay for my 20-dollar test, but I'd be wary with anything much bigger.

The account setup requested the usual details, nothing out of the ordinary.

I stumbled across https://swap-monero.github.io/ while searching for XMR conversion information, and it was clearer than I expected.

I checked the requirements before connecting a wallet. That saved me from an unnecessary attempt.

The instructions were brief and mostly clear for my first attempt.

I sent tokens across two networks and watched the progress indicator. It was reassuring to see each stage rather than just a spinning icon.
